I have two Bank of Amer accounts. A checking and savings. I can download
for the checking account. The savings account gives me a message that it
needs to know what account to download and gives be several option. But not
the BofA savings option. It wants me to set up a new BofA savings account.
Nothing I've tried seems to work.

I'll appreciate any ideas!

Barbara

Deactivate the Savings account for Transaction download.

I tried your solution without luck. So I used a workaround. I let the info
download to a new savings account. I'll keep the original savings account
for the earlier entries.

Thanks.

You can always "cut" or "copy" the entries from the old account and "paste"
them into the new one.
