I updated my Schwab account and it says all available transactions
downloaded yet they do not appear to accept. This is the first time this
has happened. Is it a problem with Quicken or Schwab? I have tried it
several times. Thanks Jeff

I have Schwab too. I just did an update and all of my transactions came in
when I clicked on the "accept all" button.

I don't think it's Schwab. I can see the transactions under the summary tab
but it still says there are outstanding transactions but I cannot accept
them.

What do you see on the bottom of the Transactions tab?

There is nothing there. The downloaded transactions don't appear.
