I have just switched from Q2005 to Q2007 R2. In Q2007, I never see any
of the page scaling options enabled -- the "fit to x pages wide"
options in particular. In Q2005, "fit to one page width" was always an
available option.

Can anyone tell me why I no longer have access to this option and how
to fix it?
