Hello,

I'm having a problems with Q2006, which is unable to establish proper
payment schedule for a loans that have more that 1066 payment... for
example, 25 years and weekly payment (1300 payment). Can anyone have
do this or test it with Q2007? I like to know if Intuit resolve that
long term (since Q2002 at least) issue.

Thanks

Sylvain Cote

There was already a reply to this question (posed by you) in the
Quicken Forums: The answer is, yes, Q2007 can schedule weekly
payments for a 25 year loan.

I like to get a second opinion... the reply I have was from a user with
less than 2 month of experience with Quicken.

Q2007 H&B R2, $250,000 mortgage, 25 years of weekly payments with monthly
compounding at 5% = $336.72 / payment.

You can check the math, and you can check my profile on the forum to see if
that is enough experience for you.

P.S. I'd trust John if I were you ;-)

Don't forget, there is a 60 day money back guarantee with
Quicken; you can make the final determination yourself with ease
at virtually no cost. (Though I might wait a bit longer before
getting Q2007 ... so you have 60 days following the final
release ... and maybe get those great year end deals on Quicken
that everyone talks about.)
