Anyone know which version supports these 2 types of transactions?
Standard, Deluxe or Premiere?

But I don't see anything mentioning ESOP or ESPP transactions....

I just checked my copy of QP2007, and it does have buy/sell ESPP, don't
see anything about ESOP though.
