I've seen similar things happen on a number of occasions for various
accounts. The easiest thing to try is to disable online access for the
account in Quicken. It will tell you that you need to call you bank, but
you don't need to do that. Then, enable online access again for the same
account, entering the appropriate account number, and password. That has
fixed it for me every time.
