 Has anyone been sucessful in getting this to go away?

I have QD set to automatically download transactions early every morning.
Despite the fact that I've checked the "Show this dialog only if there is an
error message", the first thing I see when I fire up QD is the stupid summary
box. And no, there weren't any errors...

there are no errors (with the "Show on if errors" box checked)
I think it's because I have scheduled transactions to be accepted.
Could that be your case as well?

Yes - most definitely there are transactions to be processed - but those are
indicated next to each account name. I don't need a status window that shows
there were no problems downloading them - especially when there is a check box
that says "don't show this".

I suppose that depends on how you define "errors".

Wow - could you interpret this for me? I've read it twice now and I can't figure
out what it's trying to say. I don't upload (or want to upload) any data to
Quicken.com, and quicken.com is not selected as one of the accounts to download
from.
