Just installed Q-H&B 07 last Sat. I'm not sure if this intended or I
have a bad download. My quicktabs won't show up unless the mouse passes
over them. I cannot find an option to change this so they show all the
time. Anyone have an idea on this?

I'm not sure what you mean by quicktabs.

If you mean the Register/Overview and Summary/Performance &
Analysis/Transactions tabs, they are always visible in my Q2007 H&B.

There haven't been any quick tabs in Quicken since Q2004 or
maybe even Q2003.

The closest characteristic I know of, in newer versions, is the
Account Bar. It can be either on the left or right side of your
Quicken window. It only shows Quicken accounts (no reports or
lists), and it only shows accounts that are not excluded in the
Manage Accounts tab of the Account List. The Account Bar can
optionally show the current or ending balance in each account.
The accounts in the Account Bar are grouped by "Center".

The account bar can be made narrower or wider using the mouse
(mouse over the inside edge of the bar until the mouse cursor
becomes a two headed arrow, then drag the border in the desired
direction). (You can hide the Account Bar completely, but then
you can't see any account names. If the Bar is completely
hidden, it can be unhidden by right-clicking on the tiny
two-headed arrow appearing at the very left, or right, edge of
the "Quicken Home" title bar below the Quicken toolbar.)

When the Account Bar is too narrow to display the entire account
name (which is indicated by three periods at the end of the name
text), placing your cursor on the name will show the complete
name.
