Thanks for your prompt reply John. QD2001 is still processing my
downloaded OFX files for my original account just as it always has done.
What I can't do is enable any further accounts for online access. I
understand that the product is no longer supported by Intuit but why would
this prevent me enabling another account?
I'm certainly not an expert, but will it have anything to do with the
fidir.txt file in the Quicken directory being out of date ie the path
quoted there for NatWest is no longer valid as it is now not updated at
each One Step Update?
