Is it possible that you have more than one account? You might want to
check this by following the 'Forgot ID' sequence offered at the login
to 'My Account'. I just did this for my own account and Intuit emailed
me a list of about 10 accounts for my address - don't recall creating
these but guess I'll start some housekeeping.
Did confirm that software downloads are avaiable for 3 years.
