Quicken 2005 Premire download help Kevin 07-29-2006

Greetings...

My wife and I bought Quicken 2005 Premiere as a Quicken.com download this
past year and have since had a hard drive crash and no longer have the
original software to install it again. We have our Quicken 2005 Premiere
serial number from the email that Intuit sent us but not the software to do
the install. Would one of you fine folks please provide the Quicken 2005
Premiere software install, without YOUR serial number (of course) so I can
get back up and running. We called Intuit.com customer service and they
want us to purchase Quicken 2006 variety and won't allow us to re-download
the 2005 product.

Please help!

If you purchased QW from Intuit via download, the file is available for
repeated download for up to three years from date of purchase. Go back
to your online account and you should find it available.

Yeah, we tried that. It just says something like "no downloads waiting"
when we go to the download area. It's definately not allowing us to
download it the second time here 7-8 months later.

Is it possible that you have more than one account? You might want to
check this by following the 'Forgot ID' sequence offered at the login
to 'My Account'. I just did this for my own account and Intuit emailed
me a list of about 10 accounts for my address - don't recall creating
these but guess I'll start some housekeeping.

Did confirm that software downloads are avaiable for 3 years.
