 Running Quicken 2006. Is there a way to export my check register to Excel?
I know I can do it for reports. But it appears that you can only print the
register. Is that so?

No. I think you stopped one step too soon: click the Print
button.

With the register being active, in the upper right hand section you will see
"report".
Click on it and select "register report".
From there you can customize it and export it like any other report..
