Is Quicken 2007 able to open and convert datafiles created in Quicken
XG 2004 - the UK version?

While I do not have Q2007, I would bet that it can not convert a
version from another country. No previous version has been able
to, and the way I read Intuit's few comments on the subject,
they have no intention of doing so. (Q2007 won't even convert
Money data ... and previous versions of Quicken would do that.)

Thanks. It's a pity...

<dream on>
It would be so nice if Intuit would write a converter...

I've tried the procedure in the merge_quicken_files.rtf document, but
it the result is very messy. Has anybody else here tried to convert a
UK data file using this procedure?
