It took me 3 tries to get it to install. This is with Win2K.
First time, it seemed to download, but got stuck at 'saving'. I closed
out the form, and it had an error about invalid handle.
I tried again and it downloaded and started the update. But, it
complained it couldn't close all Quicken components. I used task manager
and killed QW.EXE.
I then started up Quicken, and it popped up a message (BEHIND the splash
screen), that I had downloaded an update and if I wanted to install it.
I said yes, and it finally finished the update.
