Greets,

I am somewhat stuck in a circle with Washington Mutual bank inside
Quicken 2007. I tried to manually add the bank to my one step update,
but that did not work. It pushes me online, which I download
successfully (as always).

But here's where the groundhog day starts ... once it downloads, it
asks me if I want to add Washington Mutual to my one step update. I
say yes, and then it says it can't do it, but pushes me online, which
I download successfully.

Anyone experience this kind or repetition or otherwise know how I
might get WaMu added to my Quicken 2007 One Step Update?

Thanks!

I have been stuck in the same loop you described. Also had trouble with
both WAMU and Emigrant giving some error messages (don't recall what it
said now). I have pretty much gave up on the one step update all
together now.

It has been working for me. On those occasions when something has
gotten screwed up with some online account the solution has been to
deactivate the online feature for that account within Quicken. Then to
reactivate it. I don't recall if I've found it useful to exit Quicken
between the two steps.

I had it working at one time. I ran into some problems with the download
with One Step Update so I deactivated One Step Update to try to correct the
problem several months ago and can't get it to work again.
