Hi, Ehsan.

HOW did you try to uninstall Quicken? In Vista, click Start | Control Panel
| Programs and Features, highlight Quicken 2007 and click Uninstall.
That should get rid of the old Quicken, but if it doesn't, all is not lost.
Just find the qw.exe file and delete it. (Better yet, just change the name;
how about qwbak.exx? Any name that Quicken Setup won't recognize as
Quicken's executable file.)
Then run Quicken Setup again.

HOW was it improper? Maybe that doesn't matter. The re-installation SHOULD
cure any defect. It probably will use any leftovers from the prior
install/uninstall, such as the desktop icon.

Have you tried the Repair operation? Maybe that will work and is all you
need.
If this doesn't work, when you post back, please tell us, step by step,
exactly HOW you are trying to uninstall and reinstall, and what results you
see, including - verbatim - any error messages.
