I should have added that if you already have a renaming rule for
a payee, just Edit it to add a new "if" statement that looks in
the Memo field.

You can have multiple clauses in a renaming rule, they will have
an "or" relationship to each other. As in: rename the
downloaded payee to ABC if the downloaded payee name contains
the text "ABC" or the downloaded memo field contains the text
"ABC".

Thanks John, Much appreciated. I will give it a go.

Hello Again,

One more question. Is there a smooth way to add all those renaming
rules?

That is, you have to remember the exact name in the memo field and
remember a Memorized Payee. You can't open both the renaming and
memorized payee list at the same time and there is no drop down for
memorized payees on the renaming window. So I was wondering how you go
about doing a bunch of these. Is there a fast way? Should you work
from the import list at the bottom or get them into the register
first?

Thanks,

Bob
