I've been away on vacation for a couple of weeks, and I just now see
from other messages here that Quicken 2008 is apparently out.

I was planning on skipping it this year, but I can always be persuaded
otherwise if it seems like a good idea. Any comments on what's new,
and what the value of those new things is?

The price, for one thing. Premier was selling on the Intuit site for
$89.99 the first week or so it came out. Now it's $79.99. I'll have to
remember this one for next year. :-)

There are some mild UI changes, looks like saving & budgeting features
are improved, though I haven't played too much with this yet.

Regards,

Margaret

It's all by typed about in the 'other messages' you mentioned were present
when you returned from vacation. Look through them.

Thanks. I was afraid that I missed earlier conversation about it.
Those old messages were cleaned out when I returned home and are all
gone now. If nobody wants to repeat something helpful, I'll try to
take a look on googlegroups in the next few days.

That would be best, no need to clutter things up with re-runs ;)
