Anyone had any problems getting Chase Credit Card Accounts to download
correctly in Quicken 2008. It kept giving me errors, so I turned off
on-line access to these accounts. When I then tried to re-establish
One-Step Update access, it asked for authorization codes for each
account - when I said I wanted these, I received emails from Chase
with these codes, but when I entered them in Quicken, it still
couldn't re-establish One-Step Update. No problems with any other
accounts

This doesn't help you except that I can tell you it works fine on
mine.

Maybe you did this already, but if not...
Go into your Chase account.
Click on Customer Center.
At lower right of screen, under Tools,
click on Activate Money, Quicken, Etc.

I never knew this and always wondered why I couldn't download my Chase Visa
transactions.
However, having gone online and activated Quicken via the above
instructions, Q06D still says transaction download is not available.

One of the few reasons I decided to go from Q2006 to Q2008. It is really
NOT easy to get Chase and Quicken to talk to each other. While I have 5
accounts with Chase, and all requested to be activated in Quicken, one
activation and change of password is all that's needed, if you check
activate from each account, you get umpteen emails with activation codes,
but none seemed to work properly <sad>. Now I only have to wait for the
next security upgrade to have everything break again ...
