It is a known bug by intuit. Stay with release 3

FYI: release 4 has several bugs in it. I was told this during an online
chat with a quicken tech, he told me to stay with rev 3. My problem was
with manual downloads frpom my suntrust account

Hi, Steven.

Thanks for the warning. So far, I've seen no problems that I think were
caused by R4. But, then, I do very little downloading of transactions.
