 Has anyone found the solution to the flickering problem with Quicken 2008.

It may not be your problem, but I noticed that if I run MusicMatch, then
I get a flicker in Quicken. MusicMatch loads a process named "mim".
Killing that process helps a lot of performance issues, including a
flicker in Quicken, and hiccups in streaming video across my network.

MusicMatch is preloaded on many computers, and by default "mim" gets
loaded at boot time. This happens even if you don't use the program.
Removing it from startup does not prevent using MusicMatch. It gets
loaded along with the program when you start it up.

Use ctl-alt-delete to load the task manager, and see if "mim" is
running. You can kill it from there.

Thanks Jim but, I do not have MusicMatch and Mim is not running.

I had the flickering in my XP Pro 32 bit install, I installed Vista 64 bit
Ultimate, and running Quicken 2008 in it now, I do not have the flickering.

Not sure why the difference, but there is for me.

I run Windows 2000, and I do not see flickering with Q2008.
