You would think so. I have a sneaking suspicion that I may know what
the problem is.... I recently changed my motherboard and the current
board uses an ATI chipset and an ATI video card. Quicken doesn't
flicker at all no matter what I do.

For many years I've fought nVidea problems, drivers, updates, etc. etc.

I'm just wondering if maybe the entire problem is an nVidea problem?
How many have the flicker and what chipset/graphics card have you?
Might be interesting to know...

 Yes I do have a NVIDIA 8400GS.

I'm using XP Pro SP2 on a ThinkPad G41, nVidia GoForce graphics, with no
flickering problems in Q2008... just another data point.
