Supposedly, according to the release notes, contains the fix to the match to
register problem that has been around since the original version, along with
some other fixes.

After applying the update today, for the first time my downloaded
transactions matched the scheduled transactions that were already in the
register. Have to give Intuit credit for at least getting this one fixed.
Now if they would just fix the other bugs, oops that should be non-working
features. :)

How do you update Quicken 2009 Deluxe? Q2008 would contact intuit
site upon app launch automatically. I can't find way to update Q2009.

Hi, xyz.
When I clicked One Step Update today, the update was offered, so I clicked
Yes - and it worked like a charm. ;<)
You have to be online, of course, but my cable broadband is always on.

Just did that. Quicken requires you to Register. I refuse to
register any software. When I hit Cancel, the whole process was
aborted. Once intuit has your info, they will spam the hell out of
you. Below is their statement -
The information you provide to Intuit will be used to register your
software. Intuit does not share your information with outside
companies for their promotional use. Occasionally, we may contact you
with special offers that might be of interest to you. For more
information, see our Privacy Statement. You can also tell us when and
how you would like Intuit to contact you by setting your Contact
Preferences. (If the Contact Preferences Web page doesn’t open, you
may have set your browser to block pop-ups. In order to display the
page, temporarily change your browser preferences to allow pop-ups.)
Did you Register?
