Costco is selling Quicken 2008 H&B for $65.00 with no rebates. Does
anyone know of a better price?

Just a guess but I think you're still a little too soon. Wait until
closer to the end of the year or just after the first of the year and
there'll be probably be deals offered on bundles of Quicken and
TurboTax as has happened it the past.
