Quicken Data Conversio

I'm helping a friend move from a very old computer (Win 3.1 and Quicken
Version 4) to an old computer (Win XP and Quicken 2007). Quicken 2007
dowsn't recognize the files from version 4.

Does anyone know of a conversion progrm that works?

Contact Quicken tech support; they have free intermediate "trial" versions
of Quicken available for making the conversion.
