In any case, neither patch seems to fix the problem for me...

The fix didn't make any difference here either.

The most current problem was created by the Microsoft "update"
that followed the Microsoft "update" that caused the original
problem.

Intuit has already said they do not have a current solution ...
but Intuit has also said that they are working on a solution.

No complaints posted will have any effect on the solution.

I just got off the "Live Help" with Intuit and they confirm it is still
broken and are working to fix it and recommended I use the on-line help.

Some said it is related to KB942615. Some have uninstalled this update and
said that help did work.
