Since you are not using IE7 why don't you just uninstall it and revert back
to IE6?

>>> The following Answer to this problem has just been posted on the Quicken
>>> Site. Jon Reinhardt
>>>
>>> It is very important for the security of your data that you update
>>> Quicken
>>> 2008 to the latest release (QW08R5patch). The QW08R5patch includes the
>>> important security update. It is just as important that you install the
>>> security update supplied by Microsoft. Together, these security updates
>>> protect your data against a security vulnerability that Intuit
>>> discovered
>>> in some Microsoft Windows-based programs.
>>>
>>> We have identified a solution for the following products:
>>>
>>> a.. Quicken 2008 (Deluxe, Premier, and Home & Business)
>>> b.. Quicken 2007 (Starter Edition, Deluxe, Premier, and Home &
>>> Business)
>>>
>>>
>>> To resolve this issue for the above listed products, please complete a
>>> One
>>> Step Update within the Quicken Product by clicking on Online from the
>>> menu
>>> bar, and select One Step Update, then click Update Now in the One Step
>>> Update Settings window. After the update is complete you will be able
>>> to
>>> view the help topics once again.
>>>
>>> Note: If you have already completed a One Step Update today, you will
>>> need to perform another One Step Update tomorrow as the One Step Update
>>> only looks for program updates once per day.
>>>
>>> If you are using a product other than ones listed above, and use
>>> Microsoft
>>> Internet Explorer 7, you will find that you are still unable to view
>>> the
>>> Quicken Help topics. But you can still get all the information right
>>> here
>>> by searching the Quicken Support site. After selecting your version of
>>> Quicken, you can search the same way you search the Help, and you will
>>> find the same helpful answers and more.
