I don't think there is a problem with Morningstar ratings, but I
haven't dug into the issue.
What have you done that indicates to you that Morningstar
ratings are not updating?
Are the fields on the Portfolio tab empty? Or have you found an
actual rating in Quicken and verified that it is not the current
Morningstar rating?
The primary rule for Morningstar ratings is that they are only
available for Quicken securities designated as "Type", "Mutual
Fund" (as found in the Security List).
With the additional caveat that the fund must have a ticker (or
possibly CUSIP) that Morningstar can access (for example: many
401k funds do not qualify due to this limitation).
Another limitation is that Morningstar doesn't rate a fund until
Morningstar has at least 3 years of data on the fund.
