Got a notice the other day that Intuit will be "improving the online
services for my bank" NorthCountry Federal Credit Union (VT).

The update is to occur on 12 April.

I am always suspicious of improvements to something that is
working as advertised. Can't imaging what will be added or
improved.

I can do web connect and direct connect to the bank. So
what else is there?

I wonder if this update applies to all banks that allow
Quicken access to users accounts or is it just my bank
that will have improved services?

Isn't that the sunset date for Quicken 2004? Maybe the 'improvement' is
forcing customers to buy a newer version of Quicken and improve Intuit's
profits.

Well, today it was also in the notice that 2004 would no longer be
supported.
Further info today also stated they will be moving to a Direct Connect
(OFX) server. It looks like this is only for my credit union but I am
sure other banks do this from time to time.
