Thanks Bill. What I've been trying to tell everyone, the signup fails
because Chase has no record of my SSN and therefore can't match it up
with the new credit card number.

Yes, the conversion from Citi to Chase is a bit of a mess.

Quicken 2007 on Mac...

Chase give these instructions for setting up Direct Connect to download
transactions:
- Financial Institution = Quicken Visa (NOT Quicken Credit Card)
- Userid and Password same as for the Chase web site
- Put in the credit card number with no dashes.

Problem: Quicken Visa is NOT in the list of Financial Institutions,
even after doing "Update List"

Solution:
- Online... Financial Instituitions
- Update List (it doesn't change)
- Update List 3 or 4 more times... Watch for it to change.

Now, Quicken Visa IS in the list of institutions.

First attempt to download transactions fails. Put in the same answers
again. Second attempt works.

This from the on-line chat with reps in India. Bravo!

But, what's with this software that you have to click the "Update List"
button 3-4x to get the list to update??

Hope this helps someone.
