Anybody try to install quicken to a usb thumb drive? I would like to be
able to install quicken to the usb drive so that I will be able to run
quicken from any pc while on the road. If installing to the usb drive
is not recommended then is there any other way to accomplish this?

Thanks, Sam

Not a good idea.
Too many OS and registry changes. Quicken is an application that must be
installed through
the OS.

If your needs are basic, you could do it with Quicken 8 for DOS. I still =
have that version on my system and had no problem copying to and running =
it from a thumb drive.

Ain't gonna work. Q, like any Windows based software will install some
files on the boot drive and install registry changes.
