Quicken price updates

Please log in for more thread options

Tonite when I update my investments, only those that have a name
beginning with F or lower will update. This is true in all accounts!
Not symbols - Cocal Cola (KO) will update.
Is this in my system or a problem with the update process?

When I updated my investment this evening it appears the prices are as of
6/28. Anyone else have a problem with the price update?

I have already done that for a different problem that I could not get
resolved.

I received no response and no acknowledgement for my letter.

It was the first time I have written to the CEO of a company and not
received a reply or response of any type. All the other companies had an
executive office" customer service team that replied. And the problems
were all resolved, except for Whirlpool Corporation (my new range). They
just told me to go pound sand. But at least they responded.
