There are a few more pieces of information that you did not
state, that might also be useful.
What version of Quicken are you using?
Does the problem occur in every Quicken account? If no, does in
always occur in a specific Quicken account, or account type - or
never in a specific Quicken account type.
Do you notice anything in common about the transactions that are
found; anything in common about the transactions that are not
found?

Depending on the reason for using the feature, sometimes there
are alternate methods to accomplish the purpose.
