| FWIW, I bought my copy of Q 2008 on 9/23 last year from a local retailer,
so
| I bet it's earlier than October!
| The newest release of Quicken is a day that I anxiously look forward to
| every year. Can't figure out why ANYONE would wait and not buy and
install
| the newest version of Q as soon as they can. It's a true mystery.

Is this sarcasm?

I regret going from 2005 to 2008... The number of new bugs is astounding. I
can only image what bugs will be included in 2009.

Well, I meant it as I said somewhat in jest, but I actually do upgrade every
year. I do understand why some others don't, but then again, as I said, I
haven't (perhaps luckily?) experienced any of their pain in doing so.

Yeeeehaaaaaaa! I'm having a party that day. That is, right after I buy
and spend a few hours playing with the new Quicken. :-)
