Just a thought, but are the securities that _don't_ show the lots set
up to use average cost? I've never used it, and I can see every lot
for every security in my portfolio.

You didn't say which version you're using, but if you answer back with
that I'm sure someone will tell you how to navigate the security detail
to see if "average cost" is selected for the securities that are giving
you trouble.
