Hi, John.

Yes, your original post made it to MY computer - at 11:59 AM (CDT) on
7/23/07, just as you said.

Yours is not the first similar message I've seen in the last couple of days.
At least one other was in a private MVP-only newsgroup. In that case, also,
the first message had come through, but the sender could not see it.

You don't suppose Harry Potter's latest book and movie releases had anything
to do with this, do you? ;^}

Hmmm. I'm having this newsgroup downloaded from three different
servers, not one of them had (or has, at this moment) my
original post.

In the sense that some people may have been involved with the
craze when they should have been tending to business, perhaps.
:)

[I also had some 800, duplicate, messages from one of my Quicken
newsgroup servers this morning that had a very strange subject
line, and no message body (wish now I had saved a copy). The
same message appeared once from each of the other two Quicken
newsgroup servers.]
