I can't tell whether you are referriing to the option in Web
Connect preferences or not. Just to be sure, it is located at:
Edit > Preferences > Quicken Program > Web Connect
and you uncheck the box, "Give me the option of saving to a file
....".

I use IE6. I think there is also a browser option relating to
this subject, but I'm not sure, and I can't remember at the
moment, what that option is.
