It sounds like, when you created the account within Quicken, you
designated it a "Single Mutual Fund" account. This would explain why
you can't edit the security name. It also appears that you designated
Blackrock as the fund held by the SMF.

Turn this feature off (in the "Account Attributes" box of the summary
screen) and you should be able to edit/correct the entries within the
account.

Your experience is a great example of why the use of SMF is
discouraged by experienced Q users.
