Please log in for more thread options I disabled the Quicken.com portion of "Online Update" and fixed my problem.
This worked for me because I do not use the Internet Quicken and it appears
that was what was causing the problem.
My credit cards and stock quotes are downloading fine and I have no more
interruptions asking me to register or to sign in, neither of which works
due to a blank screen.
BTW Quicken chat support and email support were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP.
The only hope we have for support is Usenet.
Thanks to all who offered advice.
