If you just want to run it on your machine, you might get a way with it.
If your thinking of portability... so you can take your flash drive to
another computer and run it, then I'm guessing no. If you tell it to
install on your D drive (flash drive) the majority of the files will install
there, however, lots of system files and DLL files will get copied to the C
drive. If you take it to another computer, it would not work.
