Sam's Club Discover does not support download into Quicken YET.
But when it does, it might carry over the detailed itemization of warehouse
purchases that can be found on the credit card web site.

I just have a category for "Wal-Mart" you could of course split the purchase
into groceries, clothing, etc but that's a lot of work to what end?
I guess it depends on what you want to track.
