 I noticed that no transactions downloaded this morning via Scheduled Update.
Confirmed that there WERE indeed transactions on Schwab's web site.
Repeating a Direct Connect download got them.

BEST PART is that transactions from yesterday were NOT re-downloaded.
That had been the case for the last month.

Tomorrow will tell whether the glitch has been really fixed.

 Duh!
I realized I DON'T have to wait till tomorrow to see if Quicken re-downloads
transactions.

HAPPY to report that Q2008 H&B did NOT re-download transactions.

Schwab Scheduled Update worked fine this morning.
No repeated transactions.
