Sell Quicken 2005 Deluxe?

I recently purchased Quicken 2007 and installed it. Quicken 2005 is no longer
on my
system. If I so desired, could I sell/give away the Quicken 2005 CD?

You can give away or sell almost anything you own.

NOTE: I am not a lawyer and this is NOT intended as legal advice.

I think one of the usual ways this is done is to include a "letter of
transferability" giving the new owner legal possession of the license.
That how I bought a program several years ago...got the software and the
letter.
