POSITION AND JOB FUNCTION OVERVIEW
Under direct oversight, the Tax Services Senior Accountant is
responsible for participating in tax planning, performing basic tax
research, preparing complex tax returns, and other duties as assigned
by the supervisor(s).
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Quality and accuracy of work performed
Neatness and organization of work performed
Timeliness of work performed (i.e., within budget and by deadline)
Ability to perform job responsibilities with little or no supervision
Meeting expected deadlines (which, in some cases, may require a 40+
hour work week)
Embodiment of CAPC's Core Values at appropriate level
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in
accounting (or its equivalent as determined by the Missouri State
Board of Accountancy) is required.
