I recently logged into my citicards.com account and took three
separate accounts I have with citicards, each of which had their own
unique login details, and I incorporated all of the accounts so that
they now appear nested under a single account with one login and
password to access all of them.

The problem is that now One-Step -Update in Quicken isn't connecting
to the accounts that were 'relocated'. I removed these accounts from
One-Step-Update, then re-added them (after having changed the login
details to reflect the new account) and for one reason or another,
they still won't update when I try to run the One-Step-Updater...

Any suggestions? Do I have to completely remove the accounts, then re-
add them from scratch to be able to use One-Step-Update again (I sure
hope not)...If I do, is there any way to add the archival data stored
in the former account entires for these accounts back into the new
ones (this of course would be assuming that I would even have to go
that far and remove the accounts completely then subsequently re-add
them back in).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!

Call Citibank on-line help. Make sure they are not having maintenance
performed on the servers like they are at this moment.

Well, maintenance may be on the website at the moment, but one-step update
worked for checking and savings, but not for my Citibank Mastercard. The
MC account is on a separate Quicken-compatible server than the checking and
savings. Both are different from the browser-accessed servers.

Advice remains the same. I believe that you have to get Citibank to
specifically authorize you to access your accounts through Quicken. Make
sure you don't have to pay a $10/mo fee. See the many other threads on the
subject.
