Server Issues when downloading quicken account transactions? Bruce Roberson 02-22-2007

None of the banking or credit card accounts downloaded any transactions this
morning, the 22nd, and I presume that to be a Intuit Server problem but
their instant message support team is of no use in determing that.

Did anyone else experience this condition, and has it been fixed yet?

It would be helpful if you would give your program version and the country
you're in.

My software, Quicken XG 2004 (Canadian version), downloads credit card &
banking information directly from my bank without the need for an
intermediate Intuit server. The Intuit server is only accessed for stock &
mutual fund quotes.

With your version & in your country things could be different, but I doubt
it.

I would try rebooting my machine / waiting a day to see if it's just a
temporary issue.

Write back with more specific information if you need further assistance.

I guess Intuit won't admit it when its on their end, but obviously it
worked, since all accounts downloaded fine this evening.
