I am using Quicken 2007 with Windows XP. Quicken has been working fine for
a long time. I've recently downloaded transactions some three times now.
Each time it appears to be downloading just fine. After downloding has
stopped there are red flags next to the accounts that were presumably
downloaded. But when I go and look at them there are no new transactions.
Opening up the "Downloaded Transactions (0)" list at the bottom of the page
there is still nothing there. I close Quicken, reopen it, and the red flags
are still there. But no transactions!

I've reinstalled Quicken once but there is still nothing there.

Same thing here. Happens with Fidelity Investments, but not all the =
time. However, when I close and reopen, the transactions ARE listed.

Another weird thing, online bank accounts have a link on the bottom =
right of the register screen..."web site". For Bank of America, some of =
the time it's there, and some of the time it's not. =20

No, I hadn't. Thanks. I'm using R3 now, so I'll watch my end of month Fidelity
download.

Same failure to place transactions in the register. First Merrill Lynch and
now this morning Fidelity too. Have done the suggestions on the "tinyurl"
link this morning and now we wait and see.
