I'm looking at the "Quicken Home" page in Quicken 2007. But I don't see a
"Download" button.

I don't have Q2007, but I think you are misinterpreting the
information.

You can initiate a download when any Quicken screen is displayed
(like Online > One Step Update); this particular problem only
occurred if the download was initiated while the Home screen was
displayed.

My problem this morning was with the open Fidelity register and the "Update
Transactions" button. Same as with the Merrill Lynch account. Quicken home
Page and the "One Step Update" hasn't done it yet. However it looks like
once the problem starts, (at least with the Merrill Lynch account) it
continues no matter where I run the update from.

Looks like we need a patch for the R3 patch.
