Recently, certain investors were experiencing technical difficulties
after placing a trade (i.e., exchange) on our Web site on November 6,
2006; for the same reason, there was a delay in posting these
transactions in Quicken. We are aware of this matter, and we are working
to promptly correct this error. Be assured that this is not a reflection
of the transaction service you will normally receive, and we regret any
inconvenience this issue may have caused for you. Once we have resolved
the matter, you will see on our Web site that you exchanged from
your International Stock Fund account into a new Latin America Fund
account with a trade date of November 6.
We hope this information is helpful. In the meantime, if you have any
