         I'm using Quicken 2005 Premier Home & Business. When I open the Tax
Planner, the latest year available is 2005. How do I change this for
tax planning for 2006?

You should be able to click on YEAR and set to 2006.

I don't think so.

Q2005 came out before year 2006 tax regulations were available.
To the best of my knowledge, Quicken does not offer updates to
its tax planning criteria for years prior to the tax year of the
version you purchase. Every version of Quicken I have offers
tax planner years equal to the year of my Quicken version and
one year earlier ... that's it.
