When you have a positive product support experience its only fair that you
give credit.

For property settlement reasons I have to go back to my 1999 returns and
revise them to reflect different tax situations. I started by loading all
of my old TT program disks going back to 1999. Not only did they all load,
but to my amazement some very nice people buried deep inside the product
support team very kindly left all the "update" files on the server and
accessible for downloading. All of my old return files loaded no problem
and are ready for edit.

Even though TT no longer supplies or provides support for these old programs
they at least left the update files where you could still find them.

Thank you TurboTax! And give the product support people who made this
decision a nice Holiday bonus.

And to all a Good Night

:)
